SUBMISSION
Instructions for Submission
- Please prepare your paper in the EXACT FORMAT as the sample paper for Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS), including the citing and referencing format. Failure to do so may result in the exclusion of your paper from the proceedings. Please refer to the LNCS Authors site for source files, including the LaTeX2e class file, sample file, and word template.
- Please upload your paper to the AICS 2024 Online Paper Submission System (TBA)
NOTICE: There is NO limit for page length of accepted papers. Page length larger than 12 (>12) is encouraged. Each accepted paper can have 12 pages free of charge (included in the registration fee), while additional pages are allowed by paying extra page charges for 100 USD each page. The publishers will reject the paper if the paper is too short, e.g., less than 10 pages.
Instruction for Final Camera-ready Submission
- Please prepare your final camera-ready paper according to “Instructions for Submission”.
- Revise your paper as soon as possible based on the comments in the reviews sent to you by email. You may also view the reviewers’ ratings, comments, and/or suggestions about your paper in your author’s account of the AICS 2023 online submission system. Please take the opportunity to improve the presentation of the paper.
- Submit the following files for your final submission via the AICS 2024 Online Paper Submission System: (TBA)
1. Final camera-ready paper.
a. For LaTeX users, please submit:
i. LaTeX files for the text and PS/EPS or PDF/JPG files for all figures.
ii. Any further style files and fonts you have used together with your source files that are not generally available at CTAN.
iii. Final DVI file (for papers prepared using LaTeX/TeX).
b. For non-LaTeX users, please submit RTF files.
c. For both LaTeX and non-LaTeX users, please submit the final camera-ready PDF file for reference.
NOTICE: Please compress all necessary files into one file in the format of ZIP. We highly recommend you use your paper ID as the file name for the compressed file and pdf file. For example, if your paper ID is 35, you can save your files as 35.tex, 35.rar, and 35.pdf.
Instruction for Choosing Presentation by Oral or Poster
- If you have not chosen to present your paper(s) by oral or poster, please select one option when you submit your final camera-ready paper. If you have done this and decide to change your mind, you are still able to change the method of presentation.
Instructions for registration
To guarantee your paper is published in the proceedings, at least one author of the paper must pay the full registration fee. Each registration can cover one more additional paper. VI. Register for AICS 2024 in the conference registration page. Publication of a paper in the proceedings requires that at least one author for the paper registers for the conference
